1. Returns
If you would like to return a product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

* It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

If approved:

3. Late or missing refunds:

* Then contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at in**@mr*****.uk with your order number.
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be provided with a return address after contacting us.
* Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
